Refund Policy
You are eligible for a refund if you contact us via email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled shuttle service time.
Missed Shuttle
Each shuttle departs precisely at its scheduled time and will not wait for late passengers. We are not affiliated with airlines, and once we have departed from the airport, we cannot turn around. In case you miss your scheduled shuttle, you are welcome to take any later shuttle on the same day at no additional cost.
