    Each shuttle departs precisely at its scheduled time and cannot wait for late passengers. If your flight is delayed and you may miss your scheduled shuttle, you must contact us immediately. This will help us ensure you have a ride, even if your plans change.

    Pick-up Location

    Oberlin to Airport:Stevenson Hall (155 N Professor St)* We recommend selecting a shuttle time that departs at least three hours before your flight to ensure timely arrival at the airport.
    Airport to Oberlin:Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, old limousine parking lot (See details).

Break Shuttle Pick-Up & Drop-Off Location Updates

Starting with our Thanksgiving 2025 shuttles, at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the pick-up location will always be the old limousine parking lot moving forward. Previously, we occasionally used a different location depending on the number of riders, but this will no longer change. Please note that airport drop-off locations may vary depending on airport conditions and operational needs.
The campus pick-up and drop-off locations will remain the same—pick-ups at Stevenson Hall (155 N Professor St) and drop-offs at Wilder Hall (135 W Lorain St).

    We have late-night shuttles available on Saturday, November 29 and Sunday, November 30. These late-night shuttles are listed under November 30 and December 1, respectively. Please check these dates when making your reservation.
