Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund if you contact us via email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled shuttle service time.

Missed Shuttle

Each shuttle departs precisely at its scheduled time and cannot wait for late passengers. If your flight is delayed and you may miss your scheduled shuttle, you must contact us immediately. This will help us ensure you have a ride, even if your plans change.

Oberlin to Airport:
Stevenson Hall (155 N Professor St)
Airport to Oberlin:The standard pick-up location is at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Transportation Center Station #10 (See details).(Note: Depending on the number of passengers, the pick-up location may change due to airport policy. Please stay alert for both an email and an SMS notification upon your arrival at the airport for any potential updates regarding the pick-up location.)
