Our shuttle service is nonrefundable.

Missed Shuttle

Each shuttle departs precisely at its scheduled time and cannot wait for late passengers. If your flight is delayed and you may miss your scheduled shuttle, you must contact us immediately. This will help us ensure you have a ride, even if your plans change.

Same-Day Reservations

If you are booking a shuttle for travel on the same day, you must call us before purchasing your ticket to confirm availability. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed, and tickets purchased without prior confirmation may not be accommodated. Please contact us at 216-322-4464 (phone calls only—no text messages) to check availability before completing your reservation.

Airport Pick-Up Location

All airport pick-ups will take place at the Old Limousine Parking Lot. Please visit our pick-up instructions page for detailed directions.

Previously, pick-up locations varied depending on the number of passengers, but this is no longer the case. All passengers should proceed to the Old Limousine Parking Lot for pick-up.
