Private car, van or bus service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by reservation. We do not provide local services. If your destination is not listed below, please call us for a quote at 216-941-RIDE (7433).

Note: Price includes fees; 20% gratuity not included. There is a $19 charge for each additional passenger.

● Same-day reservations are welcome. Please call our office to check availability before making your reservation.● Customers who make last-minute reservations (less than 24 hours prior to the pick-up time) are required to confirm their reservation by contacting us via phone at 216-941-RIDE (7433). This helps to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of all reservations.

● In the event of a flight delay, please let us know at 216-941-RIDE (7433) immediately. We will issue credit for your next trip.● Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time.● For pick-ups from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, please proceed to Exit #6 on the ticketing level.● Please note that if your flight is delayed and you end up sharing the ride with other passengers, we will not be able to provide a refund. However, if you decide to cancel your booking, you will be eligible for a refund.● We also help students move belongings to storage and/or store vehicles during academic breaks.● Additionally, we offer Park N Fly service through our parking lots near Cleveland Hopkins International Airport: CLEPark and Airport Express Parking.
