Refund Policy
Our shuttle service is nonrefundable.
Missed Shuttle
Shuttles depart promptly at their scheduled times and cannot wait for late passengers. Once a shuttle has left, we are unable to return.
If you miss your scheduled shuttle, you may board any later shuttle on the same day at no additional cost. Please present your original ticket to the driver and let them know you missed your earlier departure.Pick-up Location
