Airport Oberlin Shuttle Service, Inc. (“AOS”) is operated by Super Express Transportation, Inc. located in Cleveland, Ohio near Cleveland Hopkins
International Airport and has been in business since 2002. AOS was started in 2009 to provide regularly scheduled shuttle transportation by contract with
Oberlin College after the Lorain County Transit discontinued their service. We began AOS with an office in Oberlin, but since have relocated the office
near Cleveland Hopkins Airport. We are a small, privately owned company and work hard to provide safe, reliable and affordably priced service to the
Oberlin College community. We appreciate your business.
AOS’ commitment to Oberlin College is reflected in the services we provide and our work ethic. We not only provide transportation, but we provide peace
of mind to parents and students. Students know AOS. Students know our drivers. Our drivers know many students by name.AOS drivers know the entire
Oberlin College Campus. We know where every dormitory is located and the names of all the dormitories. We will go out of our way if a student needs to
stop by the Science Center or go to the ATM. If an item is forgotten in one of our vehicles by a student, we are happy to make arrangements to return it
promptly. We are available by phone 24/7. We reply to all e-mails, inquiries andreservations without delay. We call to confirm the Oberlin to Airport
reservations the night before the scheduled pick-up. We call when we arrive at the student’s dorms if they are not waiting when we arrive. We suggest
that each student add our phone number to their cell phone address book and our e-mail address to their contact list.
Our Cleveland Hopkins Airport pick-up service is offered by advance reservation or specific shuttle times. We are licensed by Cleveland Hopkins
International Airports and conform to their strict insurance requirements. Our AOS bus stop sign is located on the ticketing level, across from Southwest
Airlines ticket counter, outside at the curb. Our phone number is on our bus stop sign. We ask that passengers with reserved transportation call us as
soon as their plane lands in Cleveland. We will designate a meeting place for the pick-up, usually at our bus stop, but we will also pick-up in the
baggage claim area if the student has checked baggage. Each exit door is clearly marked by number at the baggage claim level, so pick-ups there are
easy. Our dispatcher will inform the passenger what type of vehicle will arrivefor the pick-up and the driver’s name. One company, one phone number.
It is as easy as that! We are here to help eliminate uncertainty and give assurance that each student arrives at their Oberlin College destination
without any worries.
In additions to AOS regularly scheduled Sunday through Friday shuttle service and private reserved car service, we provide additional services to
accomodate a variety of student and parent transportation needs designed for best-practice customer service and affordability.
